New research shows that the single biggest determinant for success is the orientation of your attitude towards your position. Using the Individual Directions Inventory (IDI) Assessment, you'll discover the emotional drivers that are key to helping you get more from your work.

This session includes:

• IDI Assessment with 1 hour personal coaching session, scheduled during the week of June 8th. 3 hour group session from 8:30 to 12 on Friday June 19th (8:30 a.m. registration & session from 9 to 12).
• Optional 30 minutes follow-up coaching to debrief (additional fee)
• Space is limited to 6 alumni. Registration closes on June 4th.

You'll have the opportunity to look at your own motivations and discuss with your peers about ways to bring these insights into your work and teams. Ideal for anyone interested in taking a deeper dive into underlying values and motivations and a great way to take your own development plans to a deeper level.
